Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at info@snugpawscompany.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us a photo along with your order number within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund — no return shipping required.

Change of Mind
Because items ship from our fulfillment partner, change-of-mind returns may require the item to be shipped back at the customer’s expense before a refund is issued. Contact us first so we can walk you through the process.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
